System Programming - Clock Settings
As a service to our customers, we have complied a list of telephone systems that we service on a regular basis and have outlined a procedure for changing the time settings. However, if your system is not listed, or you have difficulties in self administering your System time settings, please do not hesitate to contact us. 1. At the operators phone (4039)
2. Using the cross pad go to menu
3. Enter operator menu
4. Enter operator password (default is help1954 or 12345678)
5. Enter clock menu
6. Using the navigator key pad enter the date and time
7. Press OK

Finally press release or back to exit menu
 


LG Aria Series LDK

1. From the Main telephone , (ext 100 or 101)
2. Press "Trns/Prog"
3. Dial # 1
4. Enter YY,MM,DD,HH,MM and press HOLD/SAVE button

NB:  Time in 24 hour format
 

Aria

To Set Time and Date for LG Aria Series 7000 Telephone systems.

1. From the Main telephone , (ext 100 or 101)
2. Press "Trns/Prog"
3. Dial "0"
4. Dial "4"
5. Enter time in 24 hour formate
6. Press Hold/Save
 

Samsung DCS

While your handset is on hook, press TRSF and then dial 200

The display Shows [ENABLE CUS. PROG. PASSCODE]

Enter the four digit passcode which is: 1234
The display Shows [ENABLE CUS. PROG. - DISABLE]

Dial 1 to enable

The display shows [ENABLE CUS. PROG. PASSCODE]

Press Speaker and Dial 505
The display Shows

NEW: WNNDDYY : HHMM

Enter the new Time and Date using the format shown
OLD: 6010184 : 0047

NEW: 3020994 : 1445

W = 1 – Mon. 2 – Tues. 3 – Wed. 4 – Thurs. etc.

NN = 01 – Jan. 02 – Feb. 03 – Mar. 04 – Apr. etc.

DD = Date of the Month eg. 1 st = 01

YY = Year eg. 2004 - 04

HHMM = Current time eg. 10.30am - 1030

Dial TRSF to store and exit

07 for the Year
10 for the Month
30 for the date
0 for the day,  eg 0 = Sun, 1 = Mon and so on
14 for the Hour
22 for the Minute
Once the phone beeps

Procedure to Change system time and date
KEY RESPONSE
  1. PROG
  2. FI Enter Password
  3. ENTER Command 6101 – date
  4. 6103 – time
  5. 6104 – 12/24hour
  6. ENTER Set Year Month Date
  7. Key in new date
  8. 1st April 1997 = 970401
  9. ENTER Day of Week 1 = Sunday
  10. Key in corresponding number

1 = Sunday
2 = Monday
3 = Tuesday
4 = Wednesday
5 = Thursday
6 = Friday
7 = Saturday

  1. ENTER Set Hour Minute Second
  2. ENTER Shows current time with flashing cursor
  3. Key in correct time in 24 hour format
  4. 1:30pm = 153000
  5. ENTER 12 H mode, Display
  6. Y OR N (from letters above numeric keypad for Y press 9 key 3 times) (from letters above numeric keypad for N press 6 key 2 times)
  7. ENTER

    C key to end programming setting

Procedure to change system time & date

  3. 6101 2nd # Set Year Month Date
  4. Key in new date
  5. 1st April 1997 = 970401
  6. 2nd # Day of Week 1 = Sunday
  7. Key in corresponding number

1 = Sunday
2 = Monday
3 = Tuesday
4 = Wednesday
5 = Thursday
6 = Friday
7 = Saturday

  1. 2nd # Set Hour Minute Second

Dial your Voicemail extension or call your main number After Hours
(after hours message will answer)
When the System answers, enter your security code (if asked), then
Enter the supervisor’s pin code (#1234) as per the user guide

You will hear the following supervisory menu:
“Good morning/afternoon/evening. Welcome to the M2 Network”
To activate holiday mode, press hash #
To monitor a message, press 1.
To record a message, press 2.
To delete a message, press 3.
To change On Hold play mode, press 4.
To change On Hold volume, press 5.
To change the Line volume, press 6.
To change the time, press 9.
Press 9 - This will start the time change menu and follow the prompts.
Current Year/number eg: for 2007 Enter 07
Current Month eg: for October is month 10 Enter 10
Current Day eg. the 9th Enter 09
Current Weekday eg: Monday is day 2 Enter 02
Current Hours eg. for 5pm Enter 17
Current Minutes eg. for 6 minutes Enter 06
Note: Press Star * key at any point will abort the setting without any changes.
Exit the system by pressing star until the system says “Good bye”
Note 1 The clock is a 24hr clock
Note 2 Day 1 is Sunday, Day 2 Monday, etc.
Note 3 All values are a 2 digit format
 

M2 Flexicall Manager

Dial your Voicemail extension or call your main number After Hours
(after hours message will answer)
When the System answers, enter your security code (if asked), then
Enter the supervisor’s pin code (#1234) as per the user guide

You will hear the following supervisory menu:
“Good morning/afternoon/evening. Welcome to Flexicall Manager”
To activate holiday mode, press hash #
To set up on hold, press 1.
To set up Auto Attendant menu, press 2.
To set up Information messages, press 3.
To manage service messages, press 4.
To change line output value, press 5.
To change the line input volume, press 6.
To adjust the time and date, press 9.
Press 9 - This will start the time change menu and follow the prompts.
Current year 2006 please enter new Enter 2007
Current Month 1 Enter 01
Current Day eg. the 15th Enter 15
Current Hours eg. for 9 Enter 09
To select am, press 1 - To select pm, press 2 Enter 01
Current Minutes eg. for 6 minutes Enter 06
It will then comfirm the date and time for you.
Note: Press Star * key at any point will abort the setting without any changes.
Exit the system by pressing star until the system says “Good bye”

Dial ‘**0000’ or ‘**1234’ (system program no)
Dial ‘#000’
Press ‘Next’
Enter the date using the dial pad
